What is Mindsail?
Mindsail is a platform to discover engaging original content from top thought leaders and experts across Relationships, Sleep, Happiness, Career, Anxiety, Meditation, Addiction and more.
How do I subscribe?
We are thrilled that you are interested in becoming part of the Mindsail community! To purchase a subscription, click on any of the locked content in the app, you will be guided to the in-app-purchase flow provided by iTunes.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
Can I try Mindsail for free?
Yes! If you subscribe to Mindsail, you will get a free trial month with your membership. The trial is only for new users. The Moodboosts are also available to non-subscription members.
How much does a subscription cost?
Get more happiness for less than the cost of your morning Joe! Mindsail only costs $5.99/month.
What’s included in the subscription?
As a subscriber, you will get access to the entire library of expert content, including all Program audio, text and video sessions. You will also be able to ask unlimited questions to our experts in our Ask the Experts section.
What devices can I use to access Mindsail?
Currently the Mindsail app can only be used on Apple iOS, which can be downloaded from the Apple iTunes app store. As of now, content is not accessible from our website, but check back often for updates!

What are Programs?
Created exclusively for Mindsail by top experts and thought leaders, our programs are designed to give you unique insights and tools to feed your appetite for personal growth. You can listen to bite-sized Coaching sessions and learn new tools such as meditations, breathing exercises, visualizations and affirmations.
How are Programs and sessions supposed to be consumed?
Real change doesn’t happen overnight. Just like a muscle in your body, your mind needs constant strengthening too. Programs are designed to be worked through on an ongoing basis. Whether you’re looking to get more out of your relationships, achieve more professionally or want to create healthier personal habits such as better sleep patterns, we recommend completing at least one Program session per day. They’re bite-sized, so enjoy them with your morning coffee, on your commute, or anywhere in between!
How do I save my favorite sessions and Moodboosts?
You can save your favorite sessions and Moodboost to My Mindsail by clicking the star icon in the top right of your player.
If I’m working on a program, how can I go back to the session I left off at?
You can keep track of your In Progress programs in My Mindsail. Programs will automatically be added once you’ve completed at least 25% of the session, and will be removed once completed or deleted.
What are Moodboosts?
On a daily basis, we experience a wide range of emotions. Whether you’re nervous about a work meeting, having trouble sleeping, or need an extra boost of confidence before your date, our quick daily Moodboosts can help you learn to navigate these emotions in a healthier and more effective way.
How often is content added to Mindsail?
We will be constantly adding new programs, social features and categories, so regularly check the app for these additions. Of course if there’s any topic you’d like to see featured, we’d love your feedback! You can contact us at email@example.com
How can I share Mindsail with my friends and family?
If you love Mindsail, don’t keep it to yourself! Give someone you care about a free month so they can feel as good as you. Share the love by clicking on the gifting icon in the Programs section.

You can manage your credit card details through your iTunes account
How do I cancel my subscription?

From iOS device:
1. From your device's Home screen, tap App Store.
2. Tap Featured at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
4. Tap the Apple ID button in the lower-left corner.
5. Tap the View Apple ID button.
6. Enter your password and tap OK.
7. From the main account page, scroll down and tap Manage App Subscriptions.
8. From the Manage App Subscription page on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod, tap Mindsail.
9. From the Mindsail screen, you can change your auto-renewal options to Off to cancel.
10. After making your changes, tap on Done.
From iTunes on the computer:
1. Launch iTunes on your computer.
2. Choose Store from the menu bar, then View Account, then enter your Apple ID and password when prompted.
(If you are not signed into your iTunes account already, you will need to choose Store > Sign In, enter your iTunes account and password, then go back to Store > View Account. You may be asked to re-enter your Apple ID password)
3. From the Account Information screen, scroll to the bottom of the page to the Settings section.
4. Click Manage to the right of Subscriptions.
5. From the Manage Subscription screen, choose Mindsail.
6. From the Mindsail screen, you can change your auto-renewal options to Off to cancel.
7. After making your changes, click on Done.
